Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was surprisingly spacious with a living area, sleeping quarters, and a nicely appointed bathroom, but it was not what I expected from the pictures, which was disappointing. The location was excellent for exploring the town on foot. The service was very friendly and helpful, even receiving a sweet gesture of a bottle of wine. The dining was delicious, offering tasty food with a million miles away feeling. However, the room would have been too small for my bike and gear, revealing a slight limitation.
The hotel offers a unique design with private beach access where you can spot giant sea turtles relaxing, but the room size might be a bit small for multiple suitcases. The service is welcoming and accommodating, making sure to address any issues promptly. Its location in Paia town is excellent, steps away from the beach and close to shops and eateries. The dining experience provides delicious options, especially the world-famous seasoned fries, offering a true Hawaiian vibe. Overall, a stay here is a blend of natural beauty and friendly service.
The hotel offers excellent pressure in the rooms with private access to the beach where giant sea turtles often hang out, but the rooms are quite small with limited space for suitcases. The service is extraordinary, providing helpful tips for local pit stops, but there was a slight issue with mask-wearing at times. The location is fantastic, overlooking the ocean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, although there were some noise disturbances during the night. The dining options are diverse, and the hot wok dishes were particularly enjoyable. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a convenient stay.
The hotel is in a great location with exciting turtle watching opportunities on a beautiful beach. The rooms were cozy but faced noise from the road. The service was exceptional and very attentive. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the brunch. The facilities were convenient for trips to Hana.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was super spacious and just a few steps to the beach where I got to see turtles chilling out on the sand. The queen and king suites were so cozy. Only downside was that the room was a bit small and quite expensive for the space - it should really be advertised as accommodation for two.
